1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive physical possession of the goods.
  • Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at info@obdprofi.com.

2. Return Process & Pre-Paid Labels

To simplify the return process, we provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all authorized returns.

  • Step 1: Contact us at info@obdprofi.com with your order number to request a return.
  • Step 2: Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label.
  • Step 3: Print the label, attach it to the original packaging, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  • Important: Do not send items back to the “Sender” address on the original package. You must use the label provided by us to ensure the return is tracked and processed correctly.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Deductions

The cost of the return depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, the return shipping is completely free. We will provide the label at no cost and issue a full refund (including original shipping).
  • Change of Mind (Withdrawal): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or no longer want it:
    • We will provide the pre-paid return label for your convenience.
    • The cost of this return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.
    • The original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in cases of “change of mind” returns.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The goods are in their original packaging and include all accessories/manuals.
  • The goods have not been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
  • Exclusions: Sealed software, digital license keys that have been unsealed/activated, and custom-made products are not eligible for return.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Deductions: As stated in Section 3, for non-defective returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount. We also reserve the right to reduce the refund if the goods are returned damaged or show signs of excessive use.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly:

  1. Email us immediately at info@obdprofi.com with photos of the product and the shipping box.
  2. We will provide a pre-paid label for the return and offer you a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return and receive your pre-paid shipping label, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Contact our support team at info@obdprofi.com.
  2. Include Order Number: Clearly state your Order Number in the subject line or the body of the email.
  3. State the Reason: Briefly describe the reason for the return (e.g., “Change of mind,” “Defective item,” or “Incorrect product received”).
  4. Receive Your Label: Once our team reviews your request, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and further instructions on how to drop off your package.

Please note: Do not send any items back to the address on the original shipping package. You must use the official label provided by our team to ensure your return is tracked and processed for a refund.
